We posted something like this a few years ago, many of you liked it, so we thought we’d put it up again. When looking around for a home, you'll find at least a few items you'll want to change. We're always asked the replacement costs of these items, so we thought we would lay it out for everyone:

Carpet (mid grade): $3.00 - $5.00 per square foot installed
Pergo: $5.00 - $7.00 per square foot installed
