Ryan is down-to-earth and calm...you may wonder why I mention this. Well, our first real estate agent would yell at us and set fake deadlines to pressure us every step of the way. Ryan kept us informed and then made himself available when we were ready to act. Ryan does treat you like a friend and it makes you feel like you can trust him and that he is looking out for your best interests. He offers advice but will fight for what you choose to offer and negotiate. I feel like we got a great price on the house and a nice closing credit from the buyer to fix some major repairs."
